Dream it. Do it.

It starts with a dream, and ends in a memory.

There are three important parts of my Arctic dream. The training. The eating. The dreaming. At the end of it all, dream or no dream, I am cultivating skills that will help me on my life’s journey. That’s why we have dreams, isn’t it? To complete ourselves. To become better versions of ourselves. Well, here comes Celina 2.0. If you want to grow as a person (I do) why not try adopting a healthy lifestyle? Here’s a recipe to get you started.

Asian Pear, Banana, Walnut, and Chocolate Snack

Swap this healthy treat in place of sweet cravings.

This is the perfect snack if you’re craving something sweet but healthy. I used unripe bananas which is why I added about a two table spoon’s worth of dark chocolate. Usually, a ripe banana adds the perfect amount of sweetness. Have this as breakfast or as an afternoon snack.

1 Banana

1 Asian Pear

1 Handful of walnuts

2 Tablespoons of dark chocolate chips (optional, but suggested – it adds great flavour)

Cut up banana and pear into bite sized pieces. Add in the chopped up walnuts and chocolate chips.

Enjoy this healthy treat and share your thoughts!
